Q: Do I have to sign-up to use your service?
A: Sign-up is required if you wish to post recipe and create personal or company profile. However, you do not have to sign-up use and download recipe.
Q: Will registration cost me money?
A: No. The service is absolutely free. No catch or hidden cost
Q: I signed up but could not login, what happened?
A: You must activate your account with activation code sent to your email. Please adjust your email setting to make sure that emails sent from recipeBD are not treated as spam.
Q: What is my homepage?
A: This is your web address to showcase all the recipes you post. You may send this address to friends and family so that they can view all your recipes in a single place.
Q: How many recipes can I post?
A: There is no limitation. As many as you wish.
Q: How many images can I upload for per recipe?
A: As many as 4 images per recipe.
Q: I have posted recipe but I could not view it online, why?
A: A recipe gets online after being verified by administration. Your recipe will become online within 24 hours.
Q: What is profile?
A: A profile is a short-description about yourself or about your company.
Q: I have created a company profile. How can I upload company logo?
A: Personal photo or company logo can be uploaded by using uploading feature on the upper left-corner of your control panel. If you have created a company profile then upload company logo rather than personal photo.
Q: I posted a recipe but later found part of my text missing. Why?
A: This may occur specially while you paste your text from a word processor (e.g. MS Word). Special characters like ½ , ¼ , 2 ½ cause problem. Please write 1/2 instead of
½ , write two and half instead of 2 ½ If the problem persist, please send us your recipes as attachments together with recipe images at zia.recipebd@gmail.com. Don't forget to mention your UDER ID and EMAIL ADDRESS.
